A club website you don’t need
a nephew to update
Choose one of four templates, set the club’s colours and logo, and publish on your own domain. News, teams, matches, league table, sponsors and gallery are edited right in the browser, by whoever has time that week.

02 · Match day
Fixtures, results and league table,
worked out from what has actually been played
Record the matches, and the fixtures, results, league table and top scorers appear on the club website. While a match is in progress, the score updates live for everyone following from home.

Goals, assists, cards and substitutions are recorded once and drive the score, statistics and live blog.

The score and match events go out to the club website in real time, without anyone reloading the page.

The table is calculated from the results you record, clearly marked when a result has been set manually.
03 · Members and membership fees
The membership register that knows
who has paid
Members with teams, roles and guardians, with siblings grouped in one household. Send invoices with KID (the Norwegian payment reference) for training fees, tournament fees and other charges, and see who has paid. For the membership fee itself, NIF (the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports) requires an approved system; that connection is waiting on an agreement with NIF. The figures for NIF’s annual membership and activity reporting (Samordnet rapportering) are ready.

Invoices with KID
Sibling discounts and a cap per family are calculated automatically. Upload the bank file, and payments are matched to the right invoice.

Reminders under Norwegian rules
Fees and deadlines follow the Norwegian Debt Collection Act, and your accountant gets a ready-made file. Vipps is coming as soon as the agreement is in place.

04 · The app
Coach, athlete and guardian
in the same app
The Sportio app has its own section for coaches, athletes and guardians: calendar, training plan, attendance, messages and notifications. Coaches take attendance and message the team straight from their phone, and guardians see their own children and nothing else. The app is coming to the App Store and Google Play at launch, and the same portals work in the browser on a phone.

Attendance in one tap
Sign up for training and matches, for yourself or your child, with a reply deadline when the coach sets one. The coach sees who is coming before picking the team.

Safe messaging
The team channel and the guardian channel follow the squad, so anyone who leaves the team is out straight away. If a coach writes to an athlete under 18, the guardians get a copy, and every message can be reported to the club.

Photo consent and police certificates are followed up where they belong: in the club’s register, not on a USB stick.

Register interest
Leave the board’s email address. We will be in touch before launch, and pilot clubs get to choose first.
Choose a template and bring in the club
Set the colours and logo, import members from your spreadsheet, create the teams. The aim is for you to be ready the same evening.
Publish and invite the team
The club website goes live on your own domain or yourclub.sportio.no. Coaches, athletes and guardians are invited, each with their own role.

A club is a register of children, guardians and payments. We treat it that way. Here is what we can promise today, not what we hope to be able to promise later.

The photos, the text and the member list belong to the club. Export at any time.

Email, SMS, push notifications, payments and AI insights process data outside the EEA. We name them in the privacy notice.

Guardian consent built in
Minors are shown publicly only once a guardian has said yes. The rule is enforced in the code, not left to a manual procedure.
