Data processing agreement

The club must have a data processing agreement that describes the purposes, the personal data, access, sub-processors, storage location, deletion, incident handling and assistance with data subjects’ rights.

Ask for the club’s agreement and the up-to-date list of sub-processors at hei@sportio.no before the service is used with member information.

The agreement that has been entered into sets out the specific retention periods and any international transfers. This information page does not replace the agreement.
