Launch prices will be announced before launch in 2027. Everyone who registers interest gets the prices first, and pilot clubs get a discount for the first year.
Your own domain is included in all three plans. You can also use the club's Sportio address. Connecting a domain requires its DNS and SSL to be verified.
The database, files and servers run in the EU (Frankfurt). Some sub-processors — email, SMS, push notifications, payments and AI insights — process data outside the EEA. We list them in our privacy notice.

Training fees, tournament fees and other charges can be invoiced with KID (Norwegian payment reference) in Sportio. Following the decision by NIF (the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports) on 11 November 2025, the membership fee itself must go through an NIF-approved membership system. The integration with NIF is built and awaiting an agreement with NIF. Until it is in place, you use the club's approved system for the membership fee. Payment by Vipps and card will come when Sportio's agreement with Vipps MobilePay is ready; until then, members pay with KID in their online bank.
The Sportio app for iPhone and Android arrives on the App Store and Google Play at launch. It has its own section for coaches, athletes and guardians, and the same portals also work in the browser on your phone.

The quota resets on the 1st of every month. Everything else in Sportio carries on as before — only new AI suggestions have to wait. If you need more, you can upgrade your plan or get in touch with us.
