Download your own data
As a guardian you find the export under ‘Profile’, as an athlete under ‘Settings’. Select ‘Download my data now’. Large exports are prepared in the background; you get an email when they are ready, and they can be downloaded for seven days.
The export includes households where you are the payer, invoices you have received, the lines for you and your children, and the payments made on them. Other payers' contact details are not included.
How data is deleted
You can delete your account yourself with ‘Delete my account’. You get a confirmation link by email, which must be opened within 15 minutes.
The club can also delete a member's data under ‘Privacy for the member’ on the member page. The club has one month to respond to a request for deletion (GDPR Article 12(3)).
What happens to invoices and payments?
Accounting records must be kept for five years after the end of the financial year (the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (bokføringsloven) section 13). Amounts, invoice numbers, KID, dates and lines therefore remain.
The name is still removed: the payer becomes ‘Deleted payer’, and the member's name on the invoice line becomes ‘Deleted member’. Email, phone, address and notes are deleted. Invoice emails that have not been sent yet are stopped.
A household that has never received an invoice is deleted. A household that has been invoiced is anonymised when no living members remain in it.
When the retention period has expired, the invoice and the payments are deleted completely.
- Deleting one sibling does not remove the applications or charges for the other children, even if they share an email address.
The household gives no access
Being the payer in a household does not give you access to the children's data. Who sees a child's calendar, messages and charges is decided by the guardian link in the club.
